AED 2.22 Billion in Ajman Real Estate Transactions during April 2025, an 80.5% Growth.
The number of real estate transactions in the Emirate of Ajman during the month of April reached 1,547, with a total value estimated at AED 2.22 billion, an 80.5% growth compared to the same period in 2024.
His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said: “The performance of the real estate sector during April reflects the increasing activity in property sales of various types and indicates investors’ keenness to conduct business in Ajman and take advantage of the investment opportunities available across all regions of the emirate.”
He added that the trading volume reached AED 1.56 billion out of a total of 1,307 trading transactions. The “Al Tallah 2” area witnessed the highest transaction value at AED 24 million, while the highest transaction value was recorded for real estate development projects in “Ajman Uptown” at AED 2.05 million.
The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation explained that April witnessed the registration of 172 mortgage transactions with a total value exceeding AED 381.46 million, with the “Industrial Area 2” recording the highest mortgage value at AED 153.75 million.
He pointed out that the Emirates City project topped the list of most traded major projects, outperforming the “Ajman One” and “City Towers” projects, while, the “Al Helio 2 neighborhood” topped the list of most traded neighborhoods, followed by “Al Zahia” and “Al Yasmeen”.
