Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, received the “Best Leader in the Real Estate Sector” award from International Finance, in recognition of his leadership role and his efforts in driving the real estate sector in the emirate toward new levels of growth and competitiveness, and as a translation of the vision of the wise leadership. This achievement has also resulted in the Department winning the “Fastest Growing Real Estate Regulatory Entity” award.

Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi affirmed that what Ajman has achieved in terms of comprehensive economic progress is the outcome of the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, noting that the wise leadership has established the foundations of a sustainable economy and provided an attractive and secure environment for investors.

He emphasized that the positive performance of the real estate sector reflects the reputation of Ajman’s real estate market, which is considered one of the most competitive markets due to the promising opportunities it offers and its appealing and integrated investment experience.

He added: “The growing performance of the real estate sector in the emirate reflects the strength of Ajman’s real estate market and its competitive reputation, for the promising opportunities and integrated investment experience it provides.”

Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi also praised the achievements realized during the year 2025, including the notable development in real estate services, the streamlining of procedures, and the enhancement of institutional performance efficiency. He commended the efforts of the Department’s team, whose dedication and excellence contributed to achieving strategic objectives and embodying the Department’s vision toward real estate leadership.
