His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, confirmed that the number of real estate transactions during the month of February amounted to 1,541 real estate transactions with a total value exceeding 1.91 billion dirhams, achieving a growth of 27.33 compared to the same period in 2024, and an increase of 21.65% compared to last January.

He explained that the trading volume exceeded 1.34 billion dirhams, out of a total of 1,291 trading transactions, as the “Al Helio 2” area witnessed the highest sale value of 31 million dirhams, while the total mortgages amounted to 348.83 million dirhams through 167 mortgage transactions, according to statistics included in the Ajman Real Estate Index.

Al Muhairi added that the performance of the real estate market reflects the accelerating pace of growth and continuous positive activity and confirms the strength of the sector and the direct increase in demand for various types of real estate in the Emirate, explaining that real estate transactions during the month of February witnessed a remarkable growth exceeding 39.14% compared to the same period in 2024.

The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation indicated that the “Emirates City” project topped the list of the most traded major projects, ahead of both the “City Towers” and “Ajman 1” projects, while the “Al Helio 2” neighborhood came at the top of the list of the most traded neighborhoods, followed by “Al Zahia” and “Al Yasmeen”.
