The Total Real Estate Valuation in Ajman Reaches 3.35 Billion AED in Q3 2024

Data from the real estate report issued by the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation indicated that 511 real estate valuation transactions were recorded during the third quarter of this year, with a total value exceeding 3.35 billion AED.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, confirmed that valuation transactions for real estate project units reached 179 transactions, with a total of 113 million AED. He also noted that the department recorded 449 real estate valuation transactions related to golden residency permits for investors, with a total value of 1.21 billion AED.

The Director General emphasized that the quarterly real estate report highlights Ajman’s real estate market’s sustained momentum, driven by high investor demand. This interest is attributed to the variety of high-quality, competitively priced investment opportunities that distinguish Ajman as one of the world’s rapidly growing real estate markets.

Al Muhairi further explained that commercial property valuation transactions totaled 97, with a combined value exceeding 2.56 billion AED, surpassing residential properties, which were valued at 453.6 million AED. Industrial properties ranked third with a total of 288 million AED. The quarterly real estate report also included personal and court-related valuations, along with assessments for institutions.
