In conjunction with the “Year of Sustainability” in the United Arab Emirates, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation organized the ” Congratulations for the Real Estate” initiative through engaging clients in a range of activities aimed at spreading awareness about environmental sustainability issues and encouraging community participation in this important field.

During this initiative, the department was keen to deliver ownership certificates to clients within environmental friendly and recyclable envelopes.
