Stemming from the keenness of the wise leadership on boosting the real estate investment environment and upon the instructions of HH Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, a specialist committee has been established to follow up and study the challenges to the real estate projects in the Emirate.

The committee is assigned to review all the files of freeholding projects and to amicably settle the financial, administrative and legal disputes related to the same in coordination with the real estate developers, owners and the related parties.

Through this committee, the Department seeks to organize the practices of the real estate market, pace up the construction works and deliver the real estate units so as to contribute to the creation of the best safe investment environment for investors.
