The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman received a delegation from the Security Services Support Authority, who visited to learn about the best practices implemented in the field of legal affairs and to conduct benchmarking studies aimed at enhancing institutional performance.

Laila Al Muhairi, Director of the Legal Affairs Office at the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stated that the meeting included a presentation of the department’s legal strategy, which aligns with the vision of the wise leadership and supports its efforts to safeguard the rights of property owners and traders, while ensuring a safe environment for conducting business and investment within the real estate sector.

She further explained that the visiting delegation was introduced to the operational systems, laws, and proactive legislation enacted by the government to regulate the legal relationship between real estate offices and clients, in addition to strengthening transparency and the efficiency of the government work system in the Emirate of Ajman.

The delegation from the Security Services Support Authority expressed its appreciation to the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation for the warm reception, commending the department’s fruitful cooperation and its commitment to the exchange of expertise in order to achieve common goals and objectives aimed at providing top-tier services and enhancing legal performance.
