The statistics contained in the real estate report issued by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman revealed the completion of 155 real estate valuation transactions during the past month of August, with a total value exceeding AED 414.2 million.

His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that the valuation processes covered commercial, residential, and industrial properties, with residential properties acquiring the largest share of the total valuation value amounting to AED 168 million, surpassing commercial properties whose total value amounted to AED 158.7 million.

He explained that the August report included personal valuation transactions, valuations related to courts and institutions, in addition to valuations for long-term Golden Residency permits for investors, which totaled 107 transactions with a combined value exceeding AED 177.85 million.
