723 million dirhams, the value of real estate transactions in Ajman during July
The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman announced the registration of 1513 transactions during the month of July. The number of real estate transactions amounted to 562 transactions, with a total value of 723 million dirhams, while the total volume of real estate transactions amounted to 401 million dirhams, which were recorded through 442 transactions, including “sales” and “new record”.
His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stressed that the real estate market in the Emirate of Ajman has maintained its attractiveness, as it witnessed a noticeable increase in the volume of investments compared to the same period last year, thanks to the advantages and facilities granted by the emirate to investors, which made it the most appropriate option and preferred destination to live and own property, as well as the comprehensive development that the emirate is witnessing in various sectors, especially the advanced infrastructure, which has strengthened Ajman’s position on the local and regional investment map.
The report revealed that the highest sale value was recorded in “Al Rawdha 3” with a value of 22.5 million dirhams, while the highest mortgage value was recorded at a value of 40.7 million dirhams in the “Mushairif” area. “Al-Yasmeen neighbourhood” came on top of the list of the most traded neighborhoods, followed by “Al-Zahia neighborhood” and “Al-Alia neighborhood”, respectively.
