Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi: The happiness of employees and customers is the focus of our interests


On the occasion of the International Day of Happiness, His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General, stressed that the happiness of employees and customers comes at the forefront of the department’s concerns and constitutes the main axis and basic criterion for evaluating performance, the level of quality of services and the efficacy of the department’s plans and projects aimed at achieving leadership and excellence at various levels, especially enhancing levels of satisfaction and happiness of all concerned groups, stressing that the department believes in the necessity and importance of listening to customers’ opinions and involving them in designing and developing services
