Application For Resolution Of A Real Estate Dispute
The service allows the customers to apply request of a real estate dispute resolution between the concerned parties of the dispute in order to reach to a settelment that satisfies all parties, outside the scope of the court.

Registration of a complaint from or against a real estate office, with review and opinion issuance:
• AED 100 – if the disputed amount is AED 5,000 or less.

AED 500 – if the disputed amount is more than AED 5,000. -
Registration of a complaint between a real estate developer and a property unit buyer, with review and opinion issuance – AED 300
