Application For Resolution Of A Real Estate Dispute

The service allows the customers to apply request of a real estate dispute resolution between the concerned parties of the dispute in order to reach to a settelment that satisfies all parties, outside the scope of the court.

Required Documents

Required Documents for Individuals

  • Tick Original ownership certificate for real estate units or original title deed.
  • Tick  A copy of the sale and purchase contract
  • Tick  Copy of payment receipts (if any)
  • Tick  Valid ID (passport / ID).
  • Tick  Legal agency certified for the owner. (Original)
  • Tick A copy of any other documents / correspondence that support the complaint.

  • Tick Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies.
  • Tick  A copy of the sale and purchase contract
  • Tick  Copy of payment receipts (if any)
  • Tick  Valid ID (passport / ID).
  • Tick  Legal agency certified for the owner. (Original)
  • Tick A copy of any other documents / correspondence that support the complaint.

  • Tick between a real estate developer and the buyer of the a real estate unit AED300.00 complaint registration fees
  • Tick from a real estate office or against it: AED100.00 if the disputed amount is AED5,000.00 or less AED500.00 if the disputed amount is greater than AED5,000.00
