Application For Resolution Of A Real Estate Dispute

The service allows the customers to apply request of a real estate dispute resolution between the concerned parties of the dispute in order to reach to a settelment that satisfies all parties, outside the scope of the court.

  • Tick  A copy of the sale and purchase contract
  • Tick  Copy of payment receipts (if any)
  • Tick  Legal agency certified for the owner. (Original)
  • Tick A copy of any other documents / correspondence that support the complaint.

  • Tick Registration of a complaint from or against a real estate office, with review and opinion issuance: • AED 100 – if the disputed amount is AED 5,000 or less.
  • Tick AED 500 – if the disputed amount is more than AED 5,000.
  • Tick Registration of a complaint between a real estate developer and a property unit buyer, with review and opinion issuance – AED 300
