Mortgage Registration

This service allows applying for mortgage registration for a property in favor of the financing entity in order to guarantee the rights entailed on the property.

Required Documents

Required Documents for Individuals

  • Tick The original title deed or ownership certificate
  • Tick Proof of the customer's identity (identity / passport) or his legal representative.
  • Tick A letter from the mortgagee

 

Required Documents for Business

  • Tick The original title deed or ownership certificate
  • Tick Proof of the customer's identity (identity / passport) or his legal representative.
  • Tick A letter from the mortgagee
  • Tick Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies.

 

Required Documents for Government Entities

  • Tick The original title deed or ownership certificate
  • Tick Proof of the customer's identity (identity / passport) or his legal representative.

Service Steps

  • Tick Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • Tick Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department
  • Tick Personal presence of the concerned parties on Ajmanre headquarters to sign the contract
  • Tick Fees Payment
  • Tick Receiving the title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate/Mortgage contract from the Department. Downloading the e-title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from UAE Pass wallet.

  • Tick AED 350.00 fees for issuing of ownership certificate or title deed.
  • Tick 0.5% of the value of the mortgage with a minimum of AED 1,000.00
