This service allows to apply for registering a transfer of title deed by transferring the title deed of a property / real estate unit to be transferred from person's name to his company, and vice versa.

Procedures

Service Steps

  • Tick Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • Tick Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department, Personal presence of the concerned parties on Ajmanre headquarters to sign the contract
  • Tick Fees Payment
  • Tick Downloading the e-title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from UAE Pass wallet.

  • Tick 0.125% from the value of the real estate or the real estate unit with a minimum of AED 2,500
  • Tick AED 350 as fees for the issuance of a title deed and a site plan or ownership certificate of a real estate unit.
