Registration Of A Real Estate/ Real Estate Unit By Way Of A Will

It is the process of registering a real estate or a real estate unit stated in a will in to the name of the legatee under a letter issued from the Court.

  • Tick a valid passport for non-resident foreigners

  • Tick Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Departmen

  • Tick download the e-title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from UAE Pass wallet.
