Registration Of A Real Estate/ Real Estate Unit By Way Of Grant

This service allows customers to apply to register granted property (Full/Partial) by assigning a property to an individual or a group of individuals (first & second-degree relatives).

  • Tick The original title deed of a property or ownership certificate of a real estate unit.
  • Tick Valid UAE ID of all parties and their legal representative, or a valid passport for non-resident foreigners

Service Steps

  • Tick Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • Tick Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department
  • Tick Fees Payment
  • Tick Receiving the title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from the Department. Downloading the e-title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from UAE Pass wallet.

Service Fees

  • Tick 0.125% in the event the value of the real estate or real estate unit is higher than AED 1,600,000 with a minimum limit of AED 2,000 to be borne by the grantee, for citizens and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and for non-citizens, the ownership fees shall be added, if hadn't been previously paid.
  • Tick AED 350 as fees for the issuance of a title deed and a site plan or ownership certificate of a real estate unit.
