Ajman Land Department showcases the elements of real estate investment during ACRES 2024

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman is participating in the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition “ACRES 2024”, which will be held at Expo Centre Sharjah from 17 to 20 January.

H.E. Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stressed that the Department participation in this important real estate event was at the invitation of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department and within the framework of the strategic partnership between the two Departments and joint endeavors to unify efforts in order to stimulate the real estate investment environment and enhance the quality of the sector in both emirates.

Al Muhairi explained that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation is looking forward to reviewing its most prominent services and successful experiences and highlighting the real estate components and investment climate in the Emirate of Ajman in light of the solidity of the real estate sector and its high competitiveness, stressing that real estate investments continue to record exceptional progressive rates and positive figures that reflect the strength of the sector and the diversity of investment opportunities and attractions that encourage local and international investors and enhance their confidence in the economic climate in the emirate.

The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation added that Ajman is witnessing a comprehensive renaissance at all levels and in various sectors, especially the real estate sector, thanks to the forward-looking vision of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman – may God protect him – who made the Emirate of Ajman a leading economic center and one of the best destinations to live and work and the ideal choice for entrepreneurs and investors.
