551 million dirhams, the Total Real estate Valuation in Ajman during August 2023

The results of the monthly report issued by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman revealed that real estate evaluation transactions during the month of August amounted to 113 transactions with a total value exceeding 551 million dirhams.

 

His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that the evaluation operations included commercial, residential and industrial properties in addition to agricultural properties, as commercial properties received the largest share of the total value of the assessment at 261 million dirhams, ahead of industrial properties, which amounted to 202 million dirhams, while Residential real estate came third with 75.5 million dirhams.

 

Al Muhairi explained that the real estate report for August included personal evaluation transactions, the evaluation of courts and institutions, as well as the evaluation of long-term golden residency for investors, which amounted to 84 transactions, amounting to 292.5 million dirhams, stressing that the Department adopts modern and innovative methods with the aim of ensuring accuracy and transparency, providing data that reflects real estate market performance. and makes it easier for dealers and investors to make decisions related to any real estate activity.
