A delegation from the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, headed by His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department, paid a field visit to the “Azha Complex” and “Garden Residence” projects in Al Amerah neighborhood, in the presence of representatives of the developing companies and a number of officials and employees in the Department, where they were informed of the achieved completion rates and the extent of commitment to the project implementation plan.

The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation confirmed that the Emirate of Ajman is witnessing many huge real estate projects in many areas, which provides diverse investment options, meets the needs of different categories and suit their purchasing power, a matter that confirms the quality and competitiveness of the Ajman real estate market, which is going through a positive period and achieving exceptional upward figures.

Al-Muhairi added that the Department is keen to follow up on the progress of work in various real estate projects in commitment to its supervisory and regulatory role for the real estate sector and its belief in the importance and necessity of field visits in order to closely monitor the status of real estate projects, evaluate the progress of work in the various stages of construction, and inspect the status of projects in order to raise the level and quality of services provided.
