The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation organized a health event in cooperation with Ajman Specialist Hospital, which included free medical examinations for employees and visitors, as a part of the department’s efforts aimed at enhancing health awareness among members of society, and reminding them of the importance of periodic medical examination, and establishing the principle of prevention is better than treatment.
