“Department of Land in Ajman” Holds a Meeting with Clients to Discuss Ways to Develop Real Estate Valuation Reports

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman held a meeting with clients to discuss ways to develop real estate valuation reports and to review innovative ideas that contribute to enhancing the quality of services and meeting the aspirations of all concerned parties.

Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi, Director of the Real Estate Registration Department, stated that this meeting comes within the framework of the Department’s efforts to strengthen communication with clients and to activate their role as strategic partners in anticipating the future of the real estate sector and in developing a comprehensive vision for designing proactive service packages that keep pace with the rapid development witnessed by the Emirate of Ajman.

He explained that the meeting discussed mechanisms for improving the accuracy and transparency of valuation reports, as well as proposing supportive technical methods and systems that would help in finding the best solutions to raise the level of satisfaction among investors and real estate valuation offices, particularly with regard to enhancing the efficiency and quality of the reports.
