Registration of a real estate or a real estate unit by way of compensation
Authentication of the process of compensating the land owners and real estate units affected by new compensated lands or new real estate units.
Service required documents

For Individuals: The original title of the compensated property or the compensated property certificate, Ownership note from the Municipality and Planning Department, Verify the identity of the owner or his legal representative., No objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.

For Businesses: The original title of the compensated property or the compensated property certificate, Ownership note from the Municipality and Planning Department, Verify the identity of the owner or his legal representative., Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies
Service procedure

Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal

Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department

Personal presence of the concerned parties on Ajmanre headquarters to sign the contract

Fees Payment

Receiving the title deed/certificate during the official working hours from AjmanRe Department headquarters
