Registration Of Termination Of A Long Term Lease (Complementary)
It is the termination of the lessee’s contract of the real estate or the real estate unit.
Service required documents

For Individuals: The original title deed and site plan or ownership certificate, Proving the identity of the customer or his representative legally, Clearance of sanitation, A long-term lease termination contract legally legalized by the law firm and certified by the court, Objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.

For Businesses: The original title deed and site plan or ownership certificate, Proving the identity of the customer or his representative legally, Clearance of sanitation, Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies, A long-term lease termination contract legally legalized by the law firm and certified by the court, Objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.
