Registration Of A Real Estate Or A Real Estate Unit By Distribution Between Partners

It is the process of distribution of various real estates between partners, provided that each real estate or real estate unit shall be registered for each partner according to the agreement made between them or by the order of a court.

  • Tick Individuals ( The original title deed of a property or ownership certificate of a real estate unit)

  • Tick Individuals (No objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit)
  • Tick No objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit
  • Tick Individuals (The agreement is concluded by dividing them or by a court order)
  • Tick Businesses ( The original title deed of a property or ownership certificate of a real estate unit)
  • Tick Businesses (Proof of partners' identity)

  • Tick Businesses (Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies)
