This service allows the financial auditing companies in the State to apply for the accreditation or renewal of accreditation as an approved financial auditor for the free hold real estate projects
Service required documents

A letter of request for registration / renewal of a financial auditor addressed to Al Radi and Real Estate Regulatory Department

Submit a valid commercial license licensed to audit

Scientific and professional certificates of CPA or equivalent

Submit a professional license to register with the UAE Accountants and Auditors Association

Submit the signature signature approval forms
