Mortgage Registration

Authentication of the process of mortgaging a real estate or a real estate unit preventing the owner of the real estate or the real estate unit to dispose it of except after the approval of the mortgagor

Service required documents
  • Tick Individuals ( The original title deed or ownership certificate )
  • Tick Individuals ( Proof of the customer's identity (identity / passport) or his legal representative)
  • Tick Individuals ( NOC from Ajman Sewerage )
  • Tick Individuals (Letter from the mortgage authority )
  • Tick Individuals (No objection letter from the developer of the real estate units )
  • Tick Businesses (The original title deed or ownership certificate )
  • Tick Businesses (Proof of the customer's identity (identity / passport) or his legal representative)
  • Tick Businesses (NOC from Ajman Sewerage)
  • Tick Businesses (Letter from the mortgage authority )
  • Tick Businesses (Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies)
  • Tick Businesses (No objection letter from the developer of the real estate units)
  • Tick Government Agencies (The original title deed or ownership certificate )
  • Tick Government Agencies ( Proof of the customer's identity (identity / passport) or his legal representative)
  • Tick Government Agencies ( Letter from the mortgage authority )

Service procedure
  • Tick Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • Tick Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department.
  • Tick Personal presence of the concerned parties on Ajmanre headquarters to sign the contract/
  • Tick Fees Payment
  • Tick Receiving the title deed/certificate during the official working hours from AjmanRe Department headquarters
Service Fees
  • Tick 0.5% of the value of the mortgage with a minimum of AED 1,000.00
  • Tick AED 350.00 fees for issuing of ownership certificate or title deed
