Updating of Information Of Title Deed / Ownership Certificate (Complementary)

It is the process of update or modification of the information pertaining to the real estate or the real estate unit based on the ownership memorandum issued from the Real Estate Municipal Department and Planning in Ajman or by a request from the owner of the real estate or the real estate unit or the correction of the name of the owner of the real estate or the real estate unit .

Service required documents
  • Tick For Individuals: The original title deed or property unit ownership certificate, No objection letter from the developer, Personal identification of the customer or his representative legally, A letter from the court to change the name, Clearance of sanitation.
  • Tick For Businesses: The original title deed or property unit ownership certificate., No objection letter from the developer, Personal identification of the customer or his representative legally, Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies, A letter from the court to change the name, Clearance of sanitation.
  • Tick For Government Agencies: The original title deed or property unit ownership certificate., No objection letter from the developer, Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies., A letter from the court to change the name., NOC from Ajman Sewerage
