Registration Of Descendent Endowment
It is the process of endowal of ownership of a real estate or a real estate unit from the name of the owner to the descendants by order of a court or endowal of ownership of a real estate or a real estate unit for charity work based on the request of the owner by virtue of an order from the legal court.
Service required documents

For Individuals: The original title deed of a property or ownership certificate of a real estate unit, Proof of personality, Clearance of sanitation, A letter from the Sharia court, No objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.

For Businesses: The original title deed of a property or ownership certificate of a real estate unit, Proof of personality, Clearance of sanitation, A letter from the Sharia court, No objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.
Service procedure

Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal

Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department.

Receiving the title deed/certificate during the official working hours from AjmanRe Department headquarters

AED 1,000 as fees for the registration of the family endowment

AED 350 fees for issuing of title deed and site plan or ownership certificate of a real estate unit
