Registration Of Amendment Or Transfer Of Right For Benefit / “Mosataha” (Complementary)
It is a contract for the amendment or transfer of usufructuary right or the right for “Mosataha” by the agreement of the parties.

For Individuals: The original title deed or title certificate and site plan, Proving the identity of the customer or his representative legally, Clearance of sanitation, The amended usufruct contract is legalized, The revised Musataha contract is legal notarized, Objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.

For Businesses: The original title deed or title certificate and site plan, Proving the identity of the customer or his representative legally, Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies, Clearance of sanitation, The amended usufruct contract is legalized, The revised Musataha contract is legal notarized, Objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.
