Cancelling Of a Distribution Between Partners (Complementary)

It is the process of cancelling of a distribution between partners, after distributing the real estates or the real estate units between the partners by the agreement of the owners or by an order of a court.

Service required documents
  • Tick For Individuals: The original title deed of a property or ownership certificate of a real estate unit, Proof of the parties, Clearance of sanitation, No objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit, Agreement to terminate the division or upon a court order.
  • Tick For Businesses: The original title deed of a property or ownership certificate of a real estate unit, Proof of the parties, Clearance of sanitation, Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies, Agreement to terminate the division or upon a court order, No objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.

  • Tick Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • Tick Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department.
  • Tick Personal presence of the concerned parties on Ajmanre headquarters to sign the contract

  • Tick Receiving the title deed/certificate during the official working hours from AjmanRe Department headquarters
