931 million dirhams, the volume of real estate transactions in Ajman during April
The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman announced the registration of 557 transactions during April. The volume of real estate transactions reached to 931 million dirhams, with a growth amounted to 4.1% compared to last March.
His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the real estate market in the Emirate of Ajman enjoys the confidence of investors, due to several main factors, most notably the legislation and laws that directly and effectively contributed to the prosperity and recovery of the real estate sector, as well as the comprehensive development witnessed by the emirate in various fields, especially the advanced infrastructure that enhances the increasing demand for investment in Ajman. The total volume of real estate investments amounted to 545 million dirhams, with 544 new investments, according to the real estate report issued last April.
The report revealed that 529 trading transactions were recorded, with a total value of 542 million dirhams. Al-Yasmeen neighborhood came at the top of the list of the most traded neighborhoods. The highest value of sale transaction amounted to 62 million dirhams in Al-Jurf “Industrial 1” in the northern sector. Meanwhile, 87 mortgage transactions were recorded. The southern sector witnessed the registration of the highest mortgage value of 83.5 million dirhams.
