AED 771 Million, Total Real Estate Transactions in Ajman During April 2023
Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation recorded during last April 579 real estate transactions with a total value of AED 771 Million, achieving a growth of 6% compared to the same period in 2022, while the trading volume amounted to AED 554 million, the highest sales value was recorder in “Al Muaihat 1” with a value of AED 72 million.
Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that the data included in the monthly real estate report confirmed that the real estate sector in Ajman maintained its upward course and positive rates due to the increasing of real estate investments and the direct demand for real estate of all kinds, especially in view of the integrated infrastructure and the continuous development of the business system in various critical sectors.
Al Muhairi said that 113 mortgage transactions were recorded at the Department, with a total value of AED 140 million, and the highest mortgage value of AED 8.8 million was recorded in “Al Jurf Industrial1” area, where “Al Yasmeen” neighborhood went on the top of the list of the most traded neighborhoods, followed by “Al Zahia” and “Al Heliow 2”. The “Ajman One” project topped the list of the most actively traded major projects, ahead of both “Emirates City” and “Horizon Towers” projects.
