5.5% growth rate of real estate transactions in Ajman during August 2021
The real estate report issued by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman indicated that 584 real estate transactions were registered during the month of August, with a total value of 1.1 billion Dirhams, achieving an increase of 5.5% compared to last July, while the total volume of real estate transactions amounted to 719 million Dirhams recorded through 435 trading operations included “sales” and “new registration”.
His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the real estate market in the Emirate of Ajman has maintained its activity and its rising performance and continues to provide positive numbers that reflect the extent of the confidence and interest of local and foreign investors in the opportunities available in the emirate, due to its safe and attractive investment climate and exceptional facilities. It has enhanced the competitive advantages that the Emirate of Ajman provides to entrepreneurs and investors of various nationalities.
Al-Yasmeen neighbourhood topped the list of the most traded neighbourhoods, followed by “Al Zahia” and “Masfout 8“, with the highest pledge value estimated at 27 million Dirhams. The real estate report also revealed the registration of 92 mortgage transactions, the highest of which was estimated at 86.2 million dirhams for the land category and 1.03 million Dirhams for the residential real estate category.
