The report also indicated that 555 mortgage transactions were recorded, with a total value of 761 million dirhams.

Al Muhairi explained that the real estate sector in Ajman maintained its positive rates and achieved exceptional results thanks to the diversity of investment opportunities and the increasing demand for real estate, especially during the month of February, when the value of real estate transactions amounted to 1.4 billion dirhams, with a growth of 34% compared to last January, as the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition had an impact Directly on the high performance of the real estate market, through the conclusion of 75 real estate transactions with a total value of 44.2 million dirhams over the three days of the exhibition.

Al Muhairi indicated that the “Emirates City” project topped the list of the most actively traded major projects, ahead of “Ajman 1” and “Horizon Towers”, while “Al Yasmeen” came at the top of the list of the most actively traded neighborhoods, followed by “Al Zahia” and “Al Bahia”. . Stressing that the “Al Helio 2” area witnessed the highest sales value of 65 million dirhams.
