The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, in cooperation with Ajman Police General Headquarters, the General Directorate of Civil Defense, Ajman Municipality and Planning Department, and associate authorities in the Emirate, formed a joint team to support the work teams present at the site of the Pearl Residential Complex towers in “Al Rashidiya 1” area, in which a fire broke out yesterday. The Civil Defense and Ajman Police teams were able to control it and deal with it efficiently and professionally.

The Department has intensified its communication and coordination with the concerned authorities to identify those affected by the incident and provide them with the necessary support and assistance and work to provide housing for the affected residents of the tower and transfer them to hotels, in coordination with the Transport Authority.
