Ajman Land organizes the first edition of the “Customers Forum”

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman organized the first edition of the “Customers Forum” as part of its efforts to consolidate its relationship with its customers and honor the actors among them, especially the owners of distinguished initiatives and suggestions.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stressed the importance of strengthening the bonds of connection and communication with the audience of customers, as they are the main axis for developing services and for being an important partner in the department’s successes and achievements, expressing his deep appreciation and gratitude for their effective contributions in upgrading the department’s services and for their valuable opinions that It is considered a basic building block for building innovative work methods that live up to the aspirations and embody the vision of the wise leadership that is keen to enhance the happiness of customers and improve the level of services provided in the government sector.

The meeting, which was held in the “Martyr’s Hall”, witnessed the honoring of a number of distinguished customers and a review of a set of digital services and qualitative initiatives designed by the department specifically to delight its customers and meet their needs, such as the “Tawasul Initiative” and the “Digital Portal Project“, which is one of the most important and latest projects launched by the department to improve the level of its services and to complete transactions with ease and safety. A detailed explanation of the “Real Estate Calculator” service was also provided, which is a free service through which the department seeks to improve the customers’ experience, enhance transparency in the real estate market, and provide an official reference that facilitates knowledge of the value and prices of real estate in the Emirate of Ajman.
