Ajman Lands get a “5 star” rating according to the international star system for classifying services
The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman obtained a five-star rating according to the international star system for classifying services. The department also won the Ajman Government Excellence Award for the category of the best comprehensive experience of government services, during the ceremony organized by the Ajman Excellence Program in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, dignitaries and officials in the Emirate of Ajman.
His Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that this achievement embodies the vision and ambition of the wise leadership that is keen to achieve leadership and excellence in various fields and to promote and consolidate a culture of creativity and innovation to foresee the future and invest in building people for a more prosperous and stable tomorrow, stressing the need to continue work and join efforts with everyone in order to maintain these gains and raise the level of performance to ensure sustainable excellence within the framework of an innovative and integrated work system centered on customer satisfaction and happiness.
In a speech he addressed to the employees, Al Muhairi expressed his happiness and pride in the new achievements made by the department to be added to its track record, praising the support and assistance of the department’s head His Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi and his wise guidance that resulted in these important qualitative achievements. He also congratulated the work team and employees for their excellence and dedication in serving the department and working sincerely to make its customers happy and provide them with distinguished services that live up to their aspirations and reflect a positive image of the quality of the department’s institutional performance.
