Updating Of Information Of Title Deed / Ownership Certificate (Complementary)

It is the process of update or modification of the information pertaining to the property or the real estate unit based on the ownership memorandum issued by Ajman Municipality & Planning Department or by a request from the owner of the property or the real estate unit. or the correction of name or any personal data of the owner.

Required Documents

Required Documents for Government Entities

  • Tick Legal document changing the name of the entity
  • Tick The original title deed or property unit ownership certificate.
  • Tick No objection letter from the developer

 

Required Documents for Business

  • Tick Trade Name Certificate or Updated Trade License
  • Tick The original title deed or property unit ownership certificate.
  • Tick No objection letter from the developer
  • Tick Personal identification of the customer or his representative legally
  • Tick Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies.

 

Required Documents for Individuals

  • Tick Certified affidavit of name change
  • Tick The original title deed or property unit ownership certificate.
  • Tick No objection letter from the developer
