Updating Of Information Of Title Deed / Ownership Certificate (Complementary)

It is the process of update or modification of the information pertaining to the property or the real estate unit based on the ownership memorandum issued by Ajman Municipality & Planning Department or by a request from the owner of the property or the real estate unit. or the correction of name or any personal data of the owner.

Required Documents

Required Documents for Individuals

  • Tick The original title deed, ownership certificate, or initial registration certificate is required if the documents are not updated with the Emirates ID
  • Tick No objection letter from the developer
  • Tick Passport for Non-Residents
  • Tick Certified affidavit of name change

 

Required Documents for Business

  • Tick The original title deed, ownership certificate, or initial registration certificate is required if the documents are not updated with the Emirates ID
  • Tick No objection letter from the developer
  • Tick Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies.

 

Required Documents for Government Entities

  • Tick No objection letter from the developer
  • Tick The original title deed, ownership certificate, or initial registration certificate is required if the documents are not updated with the Emirates ID
  • Tick Legal document changing the name of the entity
