Issuance Of A Replacement Of A Lost/Damaged Certificate/Title Deed/Mortgage Contract (Complementary)

This service allow customers to apply to for replacement of a lost or damaged title deed or ownership certificate of a real estate unit for a registration instrument or mortgage contract in the event of loss or damage at the request of the owner thereof.

Required Documents

Required Documents for Individuals

  • Tick a valid passport for non-resident foreigners
  • Tick A letter from the mortgage authority to obtain a replacement for lost or damaged one.

 

Required Documents for Business

  • Tick , a valid passport for non-resident foreigners
  • Tick Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies.
  • Tick A letter from the mortgage authority to obtain a replacement for lost or damaged one.

 

Procedures

Service Steps

  • Tick Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • Tick Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department
  • Tick Fees Payment
  • Tick Download the e-title deed/initial registration certificate/Registration certificate from UAE Pass wallet. After 15 days from the date of service

  • Tick AED320.00 the cost of advertisement in a newspaper regarding the replacement of a lost title deed or ownership certificate.
  • Tick AED100.00 advertisement regarding the replacement of a lost title deed or ownership certificate.
  • Tick AED350.00 title deed or ownership certificate of a real estate unit.
