H.E Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman,

while he was presiding the coordination meeting held with Ajman Sewerage Company, stressed the need to enhance fields of joint actions between the two parties to simplify the procedures and to improve work performance to ensure the customer’s satisfaction and pleasure to support the Department’s efforts to upgrade the quality of the services provided, and to improve the customer experience by using an integrated service system which is speed and effective.

During the meeting, it was discussed a plan to develop the electronic link between the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation and the Ajman Sewerage Company, where a comprehensive vision for the mechanism of registering real estate units was devised, and appropriate solutions were found for the challenges that were raised during this meeting.

The meeting was attended by Mr Elias Sfeir, director of Ajman Sewerage Company, and several officials from both parties.
