The Customer Happiness Center of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman held a workshop entitled “Regulating the Registration of Real Estate Units in the Emirate,” in the presence of representatives of real estate development companies, management companies, and a number of officials and employees in the Department.
The workshop included a full explanation of the decision to organize the registration of real estate units in the Real Estate Registry and the steps to provide the “initial or final” registration service in the digital services portal, in addition to a comprehensive presentation about the UAE’s Digital wallet, to which the Department joined in order to achieve the highest levels of security and transparency and ensure the provision of integrated and reliable digital services.
At the beginning of this month, the Department uploaded three main digital documents to the UAE’s Digital wallet, and owners can now obtain the title deed, a certificate of initial registration of a real estate unit, and a certificate of ownership of a real estate unit, directly through the application of the digital identity “UAE PASS”.
