Ajman Land launches the second phase of the real estate transaction system

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman announced the launch of the second phase of the real estate transaction system, during which 25 services were automated.

His Excellency Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulatory, stressed the importance of completing the second phase of this project to ensure the provision of integrated services with high quality and modern technical methods that provide customers with several options to complete their transactions with flexibility, accuracy and safety, enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Department’s general performance, and support the leadership’s direction and its efforts to raise the level of government work and achieve comprehensive digital transformation.

Bin Omair explained that the services that were launched in this second phase included the “ownership of real estate by purchasing for the same owner” service, the “update of title deed data” service, in addition to the “registration by discharge” and “registration by inheritance” and other main and other complementary services that It was designed according to the highest standards and the latest methods in order to meet the aspirations of customers and make them happy.
