Ajman Land Department concludes the Innovation Week activities

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman concluded the Innovation Week activities, which lasted from 21 to 27 February 2021.

Mr. Nasser Al Marzouqi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the Department’s celebration of the Innovation Week comes within the framework of its keenness to promote the culture of creativity and innovation among employees and urge them to provide more innovations in their fields of work and specialties, stressing the department’s success in developing its institutional performance and making its customers happy due to the modern methods used, which had a great impact in reducing the time for completing transactions, simplifying and facilitating all procedures and automation thereof in a way that guarantees the comfort and happiness of customers. Al-Marzouqi noted the support of the head of the department, His Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, and his keenness to adopt innovation in all services that the department provides to its customers, believing that innovation is The basis for excellence and the launch towards development prospects in various fields, especially institutional development.

In turn, Abdul-Rahman Al-Qamzi, Head of the Innovation Week team, said that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation was keen during the Innovation Week to involve employees and customers in many interactive activities aimed at promoting the culture of innovation and breaking the daily routine of work. The department held an interactive workshop entitled “Creative Thinking”, which included various games and competitions. The initiative ” What do you think ” also witnessed wide interaction from the employees in view of the nature of the initiative and its mechanism represented in identifying the most prominent challenges faced by the organizational units and re-introducing them within a competitive framework between the various departments in order to find effective and innovative solutions. Al-Qamzi stressed that the innovation week witnessed an unprecedented increase in the number of presented ideas, by increase of about 269%, through the “Crazy ideas” initiative that was implemented through the “Idea” system for submitting ideas and proposals.

Abdul Rahman Al-Qamzi added that the department, at the end of the innovation week activities, launched the name “Hope Probe” on the main meeting and training hall instead of “Future Hall”, honored all participants and employees with creative contributions, and was keen to engage customers through contests and direct meetings in the Customer Happiness Hall in addition to its contest via the Instagram account, which received a wide response from followers.
