Ajman Land Department Aborts Attempted Manipulation and Forgery of Official Documents

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman managed to reveal an attempt to forge official documents submitted by one of the Department clients.

Abdulaziz Bin Nasser Al Nuaimi, Director of the Chairman Office, assured that: “All the legal necessary measures shall be taken against the fraudulent client, and an investigation shall be opened in this forge attempt, that was doomed to failure thanks to the intelligence and experience of our employees Saad Al Jurairi and Alaa Amer.

Al Nuaimi further stressed that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation has a strong database and an electronic system that could hardly be accessed, assuring that the Department is keen to protect the rights of owners and clients, and is firm against whoever might think of forging the official documents and taking over other people’s property.

At the same time, he praised the experience and cleverness of the employees, and their excellence to accurately and efficiently carry out their jobs so as to enhance the Department reputation and position of Ajman as one of the most prominent real estate investment bodies.
