His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, explained that the evaluation processes included commercial, residential and industrial real estate in addition to agricultural real estate, where the Commercial real estate attained the largest share of the total value of the evaluation by 2.7 billion dirhams, ahead of industrial real estate, which amounted to a total value of 1.2 billion dirhams.

Al-Muhairi indicated that the semi-annual real estate report included personal evaluation transactions, the evaluation of courts and institutions, as well as the evaluation of long-term golden residences for investors, which amounted to 574 transactions, with a total of 1.9 billion dirhams.

The Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation confirmed that the real estate appraisal is carried out according to modern methods in order to ensure accuracy and transparency and presenting real information and data that reflect the performance of the real estate market and make it easier for dealers and investors to make decisions related to any real estate activity by knowing the real value of real estate.
