37% growth in real estate transactions during May 2021 compared to the same period in 2020
The real estate report issued by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman indicated that 555 real estate transactions were registered during May, with a total value of 613 million dirhams, achieving an increase of 37% compared to the same period in 2020.
His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that these figures confirm that the real estate sector in the Emirate of Ajman continues to attract more investments, due to the emirate’s safe and attractive investment climate, as well as the facilities approved by the government and the simplified procedures adopted by the Department to provide the finest services to real estate investors.
Al-Yasmeen neighborhood topped the list of the most traded neighborhoods, followed by “Al Zahia” and Al Rawda 3,”. The highest value of sale was estimated at about 14.5 million dirhams. The real estate report also revealed the registration of 214 mortgage transactions, the highest of which was estimated at 8 million dirhams for the land category and 480 thousand dirhams for the residential real estate unit category.
