His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, confirmed that last June witnessed 115 real estate valuation transactions with a total value exceeding AED 352 million, explaining that the valuation transactions for real estate development project units were estimated at AED 15.52 million out of a total of 28 transactions.

Al Muhairi pointed out that the evaluation operations included commercial, residential, industrial and agricultural properties, where commercial properties received the largest share of the total evaluation value, amounting to AED 167.4 million, ahead of residential properties, which amounted to a total value of AED 144 million, while industrial properties came in third with a total of AED 40.76 million.

The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation explained that the June report included personal evaluation transactions, evaluations of courts and institutions, as well as evaluations of long-term golden residencies for investors, which numbered 96 transactions and exceeded a total value of AED 252.73 million.
