Required Documents
- For Individuals: Site plan or copy of the title deed or a copy of the property unit ownership certificate., Proof of the customer, Clearance of sanitation., A letter from the mortgage authority to obtain a replacement for lost or damaged one., No objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.
- For Businesses: Site plan or copy of the title deed or a copy of the property unit ownership certificate., Proof of the customer, Establishment contract and commercial license for institutions and companies., A letter from the mortgage authority to obtain a replacement for lost or damaged one., No objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit., Clearance of sanitation.

- Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
- Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department.

- Receiving the title deed/certificate during the official working hours from AjmanRe Department headquarters
