Accreditation of Escrow Accounts

It is a service allowing any financial institution in the State to apply to be accredited or renew its accreditation as an Account Secretary for the free hold real estate projects registered in the Department

Required Documents

  • Application form for accreditation of an account trustee directed to the Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department
  • License from the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates


  • Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
  • Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department.
  • Fees Payment
  • Receiving the title deed/certificate during the official working hours from AjmanRe Department headquarters

Service Fees

  • AED75,000.00 annual fees for the accreditation of Secretary of guarantee account of the real estate projects and the accreditation of the Account Secretary of the Owners' Association (new and renewal)
  • AED500.00 issuance of accreditation certificate for Secretary of guarantee account
