Required Documents
- Application form for accreditation of an account trustee directed to the Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department
- License from the Central Bank of the United Arab Emirates
Process
- Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
- Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department.
- Fees Payment
- Receiving the title deed/certificate during the official working hours from AjmanRe Department headquarters
Service Fees
- AED75,000.00 annual fees for the accreditation of Secretary of guarantee account of the real estate projects and the accreditation of the Account Secretary of the Owners' Association (new and renewal)
- AED500.00 issuance of accreditation certificate for Secretary of guarantee account
