Registration Of Descendent Endowment
It is the process of endowal of ownership of a real estate or a real estate unit from the name of the owner to the descendants by order of a court or endowal of ownership of a real estate or a real estate unit for charity work based on the request of the owner by virtue of an order from the legal court.
Required Documents
- For Individuals: The original title deed of a property or ownership certificate of a real estate unit, Proof of personality, Clearance of sanitation, A letter from the Sharia court, No objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.
- For Businesses: The original title deed of a property or ownership certificate of a real estate unit, Proof of personality, Clearance of sanitation, A letter from the Sharia court, No objection certificate from the developer of the real estate unit.
Process
- Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
- Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department.
- Fees Payment
- Receiving the title deed/certificate during the official working hours from AjmanRe Department headquarters
Service Fees
- AED 1,000 as fees for the registration of the family endowment
- AED 350 fees for issuing of title deed and site plan or ownership certificate of a real estate unit
