Required Documents
- For Individuals: Passport copy (for non-residents)., Real estate unit plan (if any)., A non-objection certificate for the issuance of ownership or registration and initial real estate unit (from the developer) in effect., Copy of the sale contract between the developer and the investor
- For Businesses: Copy of the sale contract between the developer and the investor, Passport copy (for non-residents)., A valid commercial license and the company's founding contract, A non-objection certificate for the issuance of ownership or registration and initial real estate unit (from the developer) in effect
- For Government Agencies: A valid commercial license and the company's founding contract, A non-objection certificate for the issuance of ownership or registration and initial real estate unit (from the developer) in effect., Copy of the sale contract between the developer and the investor
Process
- Submitting the application request and required documents through the E-services portal
- Reviewing and approving the application by the concerned sections in AjmanRe Department.
- Fees Payment
- Receiving the title deed/certificate during the official working hours from AjmanRe Department headquarters
Service Fees
- AED1,700.00 final registration fees for the sale of a real estate unit
- AED350.00 fees for issuing of ownership certificate of a real estate unit
- Fees for a real estate unit plan (the area of the real estate unit in square meter X AED 10)
